Day 5 – Diet 🥦

Today, I feel like to share my ‘Hardcore Diet’ that I learn from the pass. It is tough, but it is really works. 😎

The method is simple. If you want to drop your weight really fast in one month, focus on this.

Slow method,

Breakfast -Drink Coffee and butter. Lunch – 2x egg with salad Dinner -2x egg with salad

In 1 month, you can lose weight within 5-10kg.

Fastest method,...

Take only coffee with butter for your daily energy and fasting 3 days. Do little bit of workout, you can lose 5kg in 3 days. 🏃🏼‍♂️

Basically you starve yourself, and then autophagy take place.

Just try to search this method in our good old 'google'.

I've done this, and plan to redo that every time my weight rebounce.

One more simplest way is, one meal a day – OMAD. Focus on high protein food and reduce carbs.

But combine with coffee butter, it really helps in controlling the hunger.

To maintain insanity and avoid craving, take one spoon of apple cider vinegar with water. 🍎

It really helps.

Disclaimer, this method hard, the result is fast. Consult with doctor if you have any health issue.

I like to do this because once I see my weight reduce, my tummy becoming smaller, I gain more motivation than normal.

Then continue with briskwalk, 7000-10000 per day and weight lifting in alternate day.

This is my only method I follow to control my weight.

Once I get my ideal weight, I can adjust with healthy food and once in a while, 'Cheat day' 😬

So, I still not manage to do 'hardcore 3 days version' since starting back this month. The only thing, I still restrict my food intake within 4 hour windows and the result still satisfying me.
